super-short lived
about 127m in ship losses, 85m in implant losses.
My biggest piece of advice i can pass on, this is advice which i have lived by ever since i was a noob and was told it, is to absolutely never fly a ship that you can not either outfit correctly, or fly properly.
Of course my ego said fuck it and i tried to do it anyway, and i lost about 5bil in ships doing that. But its a piece of advice i have since adhered to.
Trust me it is not worth your time or isk to lose ships for stupid reasons. Of course feel free to have some fun here and there with retard build just for the luls, but try not to fly with the idea your going to do good in a poorly fitted ship

I'm not a domi pilot, and i haven't been one for a long time now. But im pretty sure thats not how you fit any domi

Also for pvp (especially fleet) all ships should be passive tanked. Active tanking ships are for solo'ing or missioning.
Anyway back to my rant on fits and skills. Try not to fly a ship your not ready for. For example a decent domi pilot should have the support skills (Drones, Armor Resistances, Mechanic's) and any other skill that helps the ship in a positive way to at least 4 but preferably 5. 3 of course could be used, but i would recommend that at a bear minimum. For you i would say that 210mil loss was unnecessary. Id stick to better fit cruisers/frigs a bit longer until you max out some skills and get awesome fits

Now that i see it happening to the newer generation i definitely feel that this is some of the best advice i have every obtained (game wise, and it can go for any game really). Of course when i started out i was like this is bogus im going to fly the best ships i can get into just because i have the isk to lose ><. Looking back i wouldn't mind to have 5+bil in my pocket hehe.
Your probably going to feel the same way at first, but i highly recommend you don't fly ships your not ready for. Of course you'll get bored always being the tackler in a frig in fights, but at least your helping and Corps love the support/loyalty.
This is just a tad bit of my game knowledge/advice i can give, so feel free to comment or pm me anytime for extra help! (Sorry if i it sounds like I'm being hard on you, just trying to give you a bit of advice :P)
