You cant convert ISK to $ without violating ToS, so you cant just take the $ to ISK plex rate and reverse it. The actual ISK to $ on the "blackmarket" is about 15$ per b so that'd be about 40$.

As for the op: EVE has the broadest options of ways to PvE in any game you will find, unfortunately 90% of them either require a party of people, are passive income over time, require a solid bankroll or are just really repetitious tedious and boring. There is really no reason to play EVE just for the PvE. You play EVE for the PvP, but you have to PvE for PvP.

i will try eve but as an economic game at first and see if i like it and then move to maybe mining. and if i like that who knows might do pvp

So i saw in some other post that ppl are willing to pay you like 250m in order to take a trail in their name or something? how does this work and why do they pay?

They get a free month of playtime if you subscribe. Playtime is ~610m per month right now. You on the other hand get 7 days more trial time (21 compared to 14) and 250m or whatever they are ready to pay. Win-win.

Even thou 95% of Eve players play it for PvP there still is really large scale of PvE u can do. Some wormhole corporation could suite your needs.
There's missions, incursions, npc rats everywhere and about the titan prices... Forget the titan before u even think about it. Titan alts come when they come but 99,9% of the time they stay logged out and 0,08% of time they just log to pos and open jump bridge and then 0,02% you actually get to doomsday some idiotic capital pilot.
Get your mining skills and start readin to any races cruiser V after that world is open for you. t3's, recons, logistics, hacs, hics... You name it.
There's also a lot of industy and market playing there aswell so I'm sure you'll find what your looking for, fly safe!

hmm will do. and the titan was just more of a fun question ;). not intending to spend what like 5k on this game...yet...
