it has to do with how many people buy isk (a lot) vs. how many buy fg (not as many)

no kidding the price of fg is artificially propped up because njaguar banned all sales of fg for money,if he legalized the sales of fg,the price of fg would plummet to less than $2 per 1000.even on the black market fg is only worth $13 to $14 per 1000fg.

who cares - if your to cheap to pay the price for isk - go make them yourself, im betting you just want cheaper plex for less work
