Not cap stable are you? I use my fit because It's a lazy man's fit, and it leaves room for max damage to smaller ships. When I played EVE I had 3 accounts, 2 pvp and 1 pve, so I ran missions on half speed and as soon as me and my corp had some target to blow up I just left my tengu in whatever mission I was doing, orbit something at your max speed and you can go afk, as long as you have killed the webbing frigates

Why 2x flare? Only frigs go fast enough to get a positive effect from 2 flares, you should use rigors instead since that will greatly benefit you fighting cruisers and battle cruisers, which are after all the majority of any mission. Why a loading bay rig? Don't you know about stacking penalty? Your rig will count in when stacking penalty is calculated, which means your last ballistic control system will be pretty much worthless. But since there is nothing better to use in a low slot you shouldn't replace the 4th bcu, you should replace the rig since there's much more better possibilities for that slot than your last low slot. I've done dps graphs in EFT and 2 rigor + 1 flare is the best setup.
Flare because i one hit cruisers and 2-4 shot bs ... and only little elite frigs slow your killspeed down. Also rigors dont fit from the cali. AND rigor + flare is NOT the best setup..... THE "useless BLA II" give you 52dps+ ...... yeah so much not worth dont it ?.

To me it seems you have spent more isk than you need to. Of course my fit can be further pimped, but you really don't need to. With good capacitor skills you can get cap stable with the pithi b-type small shield booster, which is about 200mil I think. You don't need overkill stuff like that. Besides, you don't even have a propulsion mod, what the hell is that about? Haven't you realized that tengu is all about speed tanking? The speed is what makes you able to just go afk in the middle of a mission, like I did oh so many times to be able to pvp with my corp.
sorry im not into this ab/mw tanking shiii* in pve .... to many probs with web frigs /cruisers if you dont kill them fast i go for more tank and also go afk in a way saver way^^.

I would not bother with a Golem, at least not if you fight in caldari space. Caldari rats are not worth to salvage as it is mostly guristas, you will get more isk from just getting a new mission. Tengu fitted like I wrote will beat a golem no problem. The only ship that can rival my tengu is a nicely fit vargur or machariel.
True macha is the queen of Carebearing pve farming but you need goodlike skills and much isk to buy the ship + fit to get the max advantage out of the macha ^^
