Selling a char is not against d2jsp rules when the CCP authorized system is used.
Your just paying fg instead of isk.
Selling an account is both illegal on Eve and Jsp, so that is why it is an illegal trade. If he paid the 20$, then this would be a legal trade.

Please note that d2jsp has special rules for Eve that allow you to sell your char, only when you use the CCP authorized system.
This does not include accounts.
Im just simply stating that, yes, he can sell this char, but only if he gets a CC and pays the 20$ to transfer his char over to the buyers account using the CCP authorized system.
But, he cannot sell the account, for this is against both the CCP and D2jsp rules. I don't think you guys read much when you just start posting.
