It has been with me on many forums and many games.
I don' think he even needed to report botted, they already looked into his wallet and knew he bought ISK, so when they see another very large sum of ISK obtained they are almost forced to investigate.
All of my trades were small. They would have no proof of my trades in the manner that I was doing them.
This was my first big trade.
In all honesty, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy i traded with on jsp reported me after I had gotten him locked on jsp.
As for my customers, I am not sure if they will be affected or even how they might be affected.
