tbh its easier to train for this than good with a tengu, that way you dont also need to train the subs all to 5 and a bunch of other skills to match the dps
if you got the skills though, the tengu is fun.
All of the subsystem skills... hmmm thats probably going to take awhile I'm guessing. EveHQ has it at 40 days for me, which doesn't seem that bad really.
