Indeed. Work on your support skills. These are the skills that are going to make the difference. Look at your engineering and electronics sections and understand what each skill does for you. If you need further fine tuning there are hardwirings available for you that also increase these stats so check the market and see if there are some cheap ones that may give you that slight boost you need. Beyond that you need to understand to use the right ship for the job. If you are flying in low sec then you need to expect that there may be times when you will lose your ship while you are ratting. It is smarter in this case to use something cheaper. Drakes work perfectly because you can easily take down any pirates in low sec with the firepower it has and they aren't super expensive. Do not up your space command skills till your support skills are sufficient and I can't stress that enough. You could be able to sit in a battleship but the difference between being able to sit in one and being able to actually do work is quite a bit. Focus on the support skills and you will be doing much better.

The resists are what make it all worth it. You can have 10x that but if you have no resists then all that shield/armor is going to be like paper. Resists are not highly important in normal pve but if you ever venture out to w-space you'll understand exactly what I mean.

Also are you trying to use a 100mn microwarp drive?

yea i wanna use the micro warp and i got all those skills at at least level 3 some level 4s and 5s

1 of the skills you listed i didnt even have so am on my way to pick it up and learn it

Focusing on these will allow you to hit harder and tank longer against them but if you run into pvp action you may not be so lucky.
