about cloaking ... when you`re cloacked , no one can target you . If you`re cloaked at a gate , you can get decloaked if there is an object at less than 2000 m from you (a can , a drone , a ship , whatever) . There are two types of cloaks , normal ones = you can`t warp cloaked , and covert cloaks = you can warp cloaked , but they are available only for few types of ships .

I didnt plan on getting my collateral back. I planned on resigning quietly.

I figured It was the better way to go. To come clean and just leave, rather than having you force me to leave.

I was blindsided by the fact that he would report me. But, he did it because he knew you did. If you reported me first, then EOH would have had a huge investigation into isk selling. So by him doing it, he avoided the headache. Which is why i said i understood his decision.
