The only wh worth selling would be a c5 with a static c6.

2-3 ppl tops is required for a c4, corps dont generally base out of c4's unless they are noobs in drakes, generally corps stick to c5 as base with static c6 and run sites for teh good monies.

any wh raiding corp would smash your POS and pick your assets from the ruins if you`re a 2-3 man corp in a c4 ... and there are loads of wh from c1 to c4 who changes hands for isk every day .
