I would have said you're too because you're = you are.
So in essence he is saying - you are vouching.
That is the proper way to say it (willing to bet some money on it although English isn't my best subject)

your is to show possession im pretty sure. so as in, your vouches. Being that you own them

Again i could be wrong but im pretty sure thats right.
