I gathered around 70 billions with this setup, only doing lvl 4 missions very solid setup, great dps and a good tank, incase something happends 
If u want even more dps, and abit less tank, try this setup/ship.With this setup you can have better tank without being a gank magnet , because no one would gank you for that gist booster ... 1.5b cheaper than your setup , same damage & better shield & cap stable at 37%
