I'd rather send the ISK to my friends then to sell it at the "avarage" ratio on jsp...
It's far to cheap especially since it's in higher demand then it is in supply , some people might quit and sell a batch , but a few days later the seller is gone and people still expect to pay "quitting" prices.
Supply and demand one on one.
I don't mind not selling a single isk vs FG, but if i do , i want a fair price for it.

yet the history of ISK has been varying from 1.5fg : 1M ISK to 3.5fg : 1M ISK 4.5fg : 1M = NOT FAIR PRICE ?

Just so you know, 30-day subscription on EVE is ~ $15 USD- for $ 20 you can buy 595 fg from JSP.
Multiply 595 fg by .75 ($15 is 75% of $20) and you get 446.25, which would be about spot-on for a PLEX.
Of course, its up to you on how much you want to give or take in your prices, but when you're charging 3 times what something is worth, I doubt that you'll get any buyers as the people with common sense will try to avoid you.

Also, a PLEX currently sells for about 350 million ISK, so the isk-fg ratio would be about 785000 isk to 1 fg (350,000,000 / 446.25 [dividend rounded up]).

Hope this helps a little with putting things in perspective for you so you can make a profit instead of sitting on nothing.

but i know exactly what you are saying however the things i bolded are quite rediculous.
350mil at 3.5fg/million = 1225fg fg for a "plex" at the going rate.
