I just did a deal for a char not long ago. It had 8.4 mil sp and 250 mil isk. We made the deal at 3.75:1 ratio @ 2 bill isk. 8.4 mil sp @ 200 mil isk per mil sp = 1.68 + 250 m isk= 2 bill. Rounded
Which is 7500 fg (the account also had 30+ days left)

I'd give u 8250 for it, IF it has play time left and your willing to go halfs on transfer

The character doesn't have isk on it anymore, and I have yet to confirm I can actually trade the fg I'm trying to get for currency in another game because of the server I'm on.
The account has been cancelled, and I haven't done a transfer before, I had been assuming doing one would require me to reactivate, so either way there'll be playtime on it. And halfs on the transfer depends on the cost.

I'm positive it can. My goal was t2 drake, once I got it.. I got tired quickly so I quit.
t2 hams, t2 heavys. t2 hardeners, damage control, pds, ballistics, shield buffers etc.. it can do it

The next step would be to reactivate the account so that you can transfer the character to another account. From there I can send you $10 USD over paypal and the 8250 FG when the character has been moved to my account...we can go 50/50, whatever works...doesnt matter to me. Let me know how you want it done, you can involve a mediator aswell if that makes you feel more secure.
