man... it has nothing to do with accepting the invitation. Nothing. It has everything to do with immediately subscribing, its 30 days for less fg then a plex. That's it.
30 days is 30 days. Its not like anyone's doing me a favor sending me a 21 day trial, my inbox filled up with free trial offers immediately after my first post. A 21 day trial is not some rare commodity, it is the sender of the 21 day trial that stands to get something valuable. If I subscribe immediately they get 30 days and my trial days stack with my subscription days, so I still get the 21 day trial and my 30 days for subscribing.
