from a 5/5 on _ALL_ missile skills that can be used by a torp and/or cruise missiles raven, do not go for T2 if u can afford faction.
T2 does more dmg on structures and battlehips, but it does really shitty dmg on cruisers and frigs, compared to faction launchers.

when i do missions i got my drones already working overtime to get down everything before my missile targets are down, and i got max drone skills aswell.

CNR is the fastest all around lvl4 missionrunner u will find, might aswell pimp it up like i did and make it a insane money machine, dosent matter if u spend a few billion if u get the best there is!
