Well my point is that they are entirely different ships. Anyone who PVPs regularly is aware that the new Stealth Bombers are great ships in wolf packs and can pack an amazing punch if you get in a surprise attack. They can maneuver quickly and have amazing damage output for a frigate. They are not, however, comparable to a Raven. Although they use the same weapon system, they are entirely different ships. I think that's the point everyone here has been making.

By the way, a stealth bomber is a pretty bad for a battle like that. Unless the other side's anti-support wing is blind, you are just flying an expensive deathtrap. My guess is that you managed to get in on those three kills precisely because of the same lag that got you killed.

I use it for that batlle because my bs's was like 15 jumps out lol...
There was only 1 frigate in their whole fleet, and it caught me while I was desync, with mwd on I would've been faster then him and he could never have caught me...
I didn't like my hound for this battle, just becuz I had to fight within 50km...
I guesse ur right, in small fleets they are great but as soon as there are 10+ ships they fail :)

PS: I do think they are comparable to a Raven, I honestly did more damage on those bs's then I wouldve on my raven thats for sure... They died before I could lock em on my raven :)

if u wanna have some real fun in a stealthbomber gang, add some bomb launchers, they spice up the DPS quite alot, and 5-6 stealthbombers can break a gatecamp with 1 bomb from each, MAJOR fun to hit devoters with 85-90 resist to all for 2500 dmg x 5-6 :)

+ 15 km explotion raduis is fun, and the people that suddenly discover 5-6 stealthbombers decloaking and letting out 5-6 bombs, is in a REAL hurry to get away before their ships goes bye bye :)

1, bombs can only be launched in 0.0
2, you'll kill eachother if you dont warp away at the same time
3, bombs are 10-15m each
4, only 2 bombs are needed
5, bombs have an 18km explosion radius, which isnt enough IMO
6, I launched a bomb at a 90 man gatecamp in 5kg, only their drones died even their t1 frigs survived, so it's about sig radius too

they dont do the same dmg. the raven does much more

bombs are 1 million each btw, and after the patch they are much more fun than before

and the area of effect is 15km based on Eft / evemon / eve

we tested it on a 80-90% resist (all over) devoter and it did 22xx damage to it, wich is REALLY good imo

Even you should know that even battles don't excist... Attacking the enemy with a bigger and stronger fleet is what you do, and it works! Mayby we had 2x their numbers, but they were in bigger ships, more skilled and in a better position AND remote repping eachother.......
