All terms would be as per CCP, this would be a legitimate character trade via CCP's char transfer service.

Ill save you some time:
Sellers do not go first.

How it would work is you would send the isk, the character would then be transfered. The Seller pays all fees, so you wouldn't have to worry about a thing.
Character scams are 100% forbidden and they are extremely strict about banning the scammer, as well as recovering the isk/character.

Now as per that statement, it seems a bit sketchy. I offer you something that is way out of your ballpark without giving you important details, and you are instantly eager to accept pending me going first?

Anyway if you are interested, I'd make a thread on eveo stating private sale. blah blah, we would follow all the rules of the trade.

A side note, I also have a nyx for sale. I can do a combo package for 80bil if your interested in that as well.

Why would it be out of my ballpark? I can get 60k FG right now If i wanted to, transfering that to isk is another story, which is 40bil isk.

Out of your ballpark meaning that its no where near the neighborhood of the amount of SP you are looking for.

Im up for anything, however you want to get the isk is up to you.

I believe there is one guy that is selling 70+bil isk so maybe you can hit up him.

If you are RMT'ing isk, please wait a few days until you decide to trade me.

Real money trading. Buying fg with real money, then buying ISK with fg is an indirect RMT, which is bannable in pretty much all games except for Diablo 2 and a very small amount of other games.

You dont even have to go that far.
if you go from Fg -> isk then CCP will ban you if they can catch you.
