Hi! It's me, Deathizer. You might notice two things right away: My account is from 2007, and my post count is awfully low. I used to trade ladder D2 items, back when I played D2. I also liked the idea of trading currencies of the games I no longer play for currencies of games I do play. Some of the funnest games, however, do not have a currency with which to trade (I'm thinking DotA or single player games), and in most cases I do not play a game long enough to acquire an amount of currency that's worth the time to trade. What I'm trying to say here is I'm not an alt. If you want proof, go ahead and search for Deathizer on pretty much any game you can think of: D2 (if the char hasn't been deleted, though it may have been), WoW (my main is Deathizir, that's an i, folks), HoN, LoL, Starcraft II, Warcraft III, even Neopets, Runescape, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some. Why does this matter? Because I want to talk about something else. (I think I'm going to copy paste that and put it somewhere else so I can address being called an alt with a link from now on.)

I'm quite sick of Botted vs brainpower777 in every damn thread in the forum (This isn't going to help, initially, I realize, but hopefully soon I can make a difference). Being new to EVE and thus new to the EVE section of the d2jsp forums, I have only a very small idea of what happened between the two babies and so I lurked more. Eventually I stopped caring about the actual incident. Judging from more recent posts though, I'd like to ask everyone (Botted especially..) to just stop replying to brainpower777. He's a big baby, he likes the attention, and he'll go away if you stop giving it to him. I mean, I'd like to see him banned, I don't know what you have to do to get banned, but God knows he doesn't do anything productive. If you're new to the forums or haven't been paying attention, here's some opinionated and generalized info on the two, based on what I half-assedly gathered from various forum posts:
Botted is active and offers legit advice as well as makes some big(? Big to me at least.) trades here and there. He replies to brainpower, STILL, and who knows if he's just defending his honor or if he's just being a big baby labeled "Troll food."
brainpower777 is close enough to what I imagine when I think of a preschooler on the internet. He cries and he cries hard, especially when he doesn't get his way. He likes to take things out of context when trying to "prove" something. He craves attention and gets it by being a jerk.
As far as I know, it's illegal (in CCP's terms) to trade ISK for forum gold. brainpower777 uses this to blackmail members of d2jsp in order to scam them, or tilt trades in his favor after terms have been set.* (see: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=57277626&f=84&o=30 and read the entire topic if you wish, I didn't look at it extremely closely, I did read everything, though.) If that behaviour isn't bannable on d2jsp that's upsetting.
I couldn't care less about his account though, I do somewhat care about the quality of these forums, though. The banter is really tiring and I'm sick of having to see it in literally the MAJORITY of recent topics posted. That's why I'm asking that people just IGNORE, ie do not reply to or even regard, brainpower777's posts. It's obvious to me that he's the smallest fry and the crankiest. I'd appreciate it, I can't imagine others NOT appreciating it too.
*I don't know for sure if he actually does this, but it sure sounds like it. He seems to trade enough to get people's character names and then uses it to blackmail them. Maybe I'm just jumping to conclusions.

AND NOW O___O my questions:
Is there a way to scan planets in other solar systems (from station?) with regards to PI? Is there a way to find out what the types of the planets (oceanic, lava, etc) in a solar system without jumping to that system?
What is a good (the best?) Minmatar ship to do L2's in? Will it still be able to handle large packs of drones? If you have a fit I could look at, bonus points!
What are some good ways for low SP characters to make money? Currently I'm ninja salvaging, and while it's poor morally it blows L1 missions right off the map in terms of ISK/hour. Please don't mention scamming, I don't have the capital to make some work, nor do I want to invest the time to make others work.
Are you able to pick up your Command Centers and use them elsewhere after you place them?
How does cloaking work? Can you be targeted / spotted while cloaking? Can you move? Can you warp? Basically any useful information about cloaking would be appreciated.

If anyone else has questions ask away. If you want to answer ANY question(s) go for it. If you want to talk about Botted or brainpower777 then *sigh* fine, provide proof where applicable, do not argue, simply make your point and leave. Your opinion is fine by me. Its seems 99.9% true anyway.
Maybe I am throwing fuel to the fire, but it just upsets me that brain feels the need to want to use jsp. And yet plays strictly by the CCP EULA.
He abuses it and it make me sad to see other users being punished for no "good" reason. Hes doing it for personal gain.
And I am all for personal gain, as you can see i buy and sell isk/eve items often.
I am a legit trader.

What you said about the both of us is true. I am trying to defend my reputation, not so much my honor. But as you can see, brain seems the need to -try- and ruin it.

And so you, and others who read this thread. So i can stop getting pm about what has happened. So we can finally put this to rest. Here is the short story.

Guy selling isk -> I Pm him a offer -> He rejects the offer, and feels the need to post the "pm" (Private message) in his topic -> Brain sees it, says its a huge lowball -> Shit gets kicked off -> Turns into a poker war??? (I probably challenged him because he said he was soo good, i planned on putting him in his place) -> He got my in game name (eve online) -> Tried to blackmail my "eve career" with eve online hold'em -> I told him to fuck off -> He feels the need to report me to CCP for buying/selling isk through JSP as well as telling my eve online hold'em "boss" of what has happened (He says he did, and then he says he didn't. We will never know. You can obv tell my thought on that one) -> I decided to let my "boss" Of eve online hold'em know what i did, before he could -> They both report me, although my "boss" does it in a different fashion (Which is understandably fine) -> I get ban hammered -> We bicker about what has happened -> Present

I can't tell the story between brain and struyk, but it goes something like:

Struyk tries to sell char -> Brain is interested -> They talk in game -> The strike up a deal on the chars -> Brain finds out there are assets -> Struyk gives brain a good deal on one said asset -> Brain takes it -> Then brain decides to change the char deal (that they made up earlier) -> Struky denies new trade terms -> Brain is mad cause he is stuck with the said asset (I guess he was planning on have the char + asset) -> Accuses struyk of scamming -> Brain reports struky's eve account to CCP for RMT (Struky has another thread up saying he was selling isk) -> Pisses me (Botted) off, for obv reasons -> Present

That about sums it up. Let it die now.

Now, not sure on PI. So i can't answer the first question.
Not sure on L2's but i would say hurricane should be fine for all levels (maybe not a 4)
As for the low sp, i would say either keep up with what your doing. Or if you have some RL $$ laying around. Buy plex (or isk from a site, but then don't give your in game name to you know who )
Alternatively you could start training to work the market well. If you have the time and some isk to invest in the market you can always try it. Thats what im training for on my 2 week old new alt account.
Cloaking works as is sounds it works It cloaks you from everyone. No one can "see" you. No one can target you. You can be "scanned" down and warped to though. If another object, be it a ship or anything, gets within 2km of you; you will decloak. Thus being able to be targeted. You can move like fly randomly in space, with a penalty; ALL ships (fitted with a cloak ofc). Only CERTAIN ships can fly effectively, and warp cloaked as well; IE a stealth Bomber or prober.

I think that about covers it. I feel i have made my point about the drama. I believe i answered a few of your questions.

So you got banned from EVE because of RMT or what was the reason for it?

Yes I was banned from eve because of RMT (Real Money Trading). Because I was using jsp, brain got my in game name, and then threatened (and eventually did) to report me to CCP for RMT.

I was banned for RMT, but only because Brain had mentioned the word. They looked into it, and sure enough; they gave me the ban hammer.

I know that brain had something to do with it, just asked because I wanted to know if FG trade is same as RMT.

Well yea, RMT is basically trading -anything- unrelated to eve for eve items is a breech of the EULA.

I did make this thread, and i asked. I really should not have been banned for it. But I cant reverse it.

- botted was lowballing one of my friends ... offering like 50% of real value . I said he is a jerk , he called me a scammer and dunno what offensive word and i was offended by him , specially because he is a loser and i can`t accept to be called names by a loser .
