well im using a magnate at the moment to probe with. is there like an ideal ship to probe with an alt? just wondering this alt is my support for my main. maxed indy freighter ore industrial etc.

sounds like you just might be living in high sec, just a magnate with a core probe launcher will find those hidden belts

im living in high sec with the eventual intent of moving into low sec. my main currently pilots a vexor. and waiting to get better at pvp and into a myrmidon before i go into lowsec exploration.

then training for an anathema on your alt, and getting her hacking/salvaging/exploration skills would be helpful for low sec, just get her in the system, probe, bm, and have her cloaky afk while your main kills, then get the alt to go do the hacking,etc.. i did it for a while and found it quite profitable

can be, in high sec ive made 50 mill on one before.

ya ive done a lot of research since i made this post. gonna get nicely into a dominix on the main and then use my alt in an anathema to probe out stuff.

train up to an ishtar and just solo everything and dont need an alt

or prot

my alt has salvaging V and freighters etc. ore industrial V also. so its gonna be hard to get rid of.
