u find a seller
u contact him in game (or the opposite)
u start a convo saying who u r and vice versa, and type how much for how many etc etc.. just like d2
then u send fg or he sends isks first and vice versa
if the amount is large and u dont trust the guy but he wants u to send first, u can just send on small amounts and trade the total isks in parts

theres couple ppl (like me) in here that u can trust and send the fg first, even without having the need of contact in game.. and asap u will get ur isks in ur eveonline account

Also there was a topic about people on jsp who are selling isk and u can trust them. Many ppl vouch 4 them so little easy on mind.

they start caring once you send multiple batches of 10billion++ to random people

but for the few 100mil or the max 2bil being traded here , they wont even lift a finger
its your money , do w/e u want with it is their policy
