"Troll" huh? not really, i buy isk when ppl sell to me and laugh at how noobish ppl are buying/selling at a 3+ to one ratio. I guess you have the need to rob ppl, maybe its just a hobby of yours. how can you call people noobish for buying at what is probably the average ratio over the last few years here on d2jsp? who are you to even discuss the subject? you got some isk cheap, sweet dude, we've heard you brag about it already. you came here 2 months ago right after a spike in isk for gtcs/plex i.e. isk went down in value vs other currencies. now gtcs/plex have come down in response to the chinese ban on gold selling and the ccp banning of macro accts. you can make whatever $/isk arguements you want, but d2jsp is a forum where anyone who makes a good in-game earning in one game can go and get currency in another game. there's a premium for convenience and the ratio is what people are willing to pay. posting in sellers' threads isnt the way to negotiate deals btw - dont come asking me for isk even if my ratio goes down again one day.

3:1 was never the ratio, ive looked back on posts for the past year and a half. Average is 2:1, over pay was 2.5:1, and a few ppl out there wanted 3:1. There is now way that 3:1 is the AVERAGE ratio. You've sold some @ 3-3.25 ratio, good for you. Im glad you can do that. The ratio SHOULD be 2:1, which is already Opay for it. Med even said ratio should be @ 1.6-1.7, and the price of PLEX even went down after that. You're just e-raged. Get out of your parents basement, put on a pair of pants, and go jog a little.

in EU, official ETC retailers sells for €29.79...thats $41.97 (€1 = $1.4090)
$41.97 = 1241.22fg = 60day = 600m ISK (ratio 2.07)

think its cheaper @ RPG vault...

In reality though, I think the 1:2 ratio is a bit out of wack...

2 plexes = $34.99
$34.99 buys 984.74 fg
2 plexes sells for 700m isk

ergo isk should cost 1.4 fg per 1mil at that conversion rate.

Both stated by ppl who are not "random 09's"
And even if u wanted to increase the price to 2.2 or so, it would b ok. But when you double the price, its pretty much outrageous.

I believe that the price SHOULD be above PLEX and other sellers simply because forum gold is much more convenient and can be transferred from game to game. Due to this added luxury I completely understand sellers intentions to increase their ratios for profit although I do feel as if a 3:1 ratio is somewhat absurd. I would gladly spend all of my FG if I could find isk trading at 2-2.5:1 but it almost seems impossible. The current sellers will not change their ways until there is competition simply because they are finding buyers for their isk.
