yea its the 636 thumbs up passive drake @ battleclinic changed to cheap t1 HML's
and the biggest problem with the passive tank...u wont use it later, so just wasting ur SP


forgot to give some details bout mine...(crappy skills)

~48k omni EHP... (not DD proof ^^)
12k+ shield
385dps omni tank (dunno where u wanna mission, but 440+ tank vs guristas...)
cap stable ^^
180/250 dps (w/o and w/ drones)

anyway...ever tried to salvage a whole mission in a Drake? use a Cormorant for that and u'll be fine...kill em all, get in the Cormy, salvage everything, turn in the mission...loooop
btw dont waste ur time doing L2's in a Drake, build a Caracal, dont loot/salvage just grind and in a few hours ur ready to do L3's
and the most important...with this setup ur able to do some L4's too

3 lvl missions u can do easy with it.
with t2 drones med and light lvl 4. just long killing bs. but dont make t2 launchers. better skill up for raven. =)

tested this fit for 1-2 month. and work perfect. done also blockade 4 lvl raiders with it =)

This is what my drake uses and i do just find solo in most lvl 4 missions
Key is to have massive shield regen.

I can guarantee that many more people than just 1 person use that setup.

And ofc you get inspiration from others.

Yes, I do use a Cormo myself. Only use the salvager when doing missions away from home.

Besides, yes Drake is overkill for lvl 2's. Gonna get very boring.

But he did ask for lvl 2-3's.

There are other things to keep in mind aswell.
