On Shivera there is a level 70 paladin named "Theller" who is PKing alot of low levels players who are hunting low level monsters. In the last two weeks he has been hunted down 5 times by high levels, but he still continues. He is currently east of Venore and at least has a knight axe and stack of gold on him if anyone feels like hunting him down :).
