Why is golden armor (20k at NPC) more expensive than royal helm (30k at NPC)?

because it sells for more to pcs, when i was online price checking i saw royals at 30k and garmors at 35k

I think you are confused. RH is 30k at djinns, g armor is 20k at Rashid. RH should be 50% more expensive than g armor, the prices you have listed never existed on Calmera. If that's the case on other servers it could be a result of too few people hunting in Demona, however that is not the case on Calmera.
