i want to know if that game is the kind of crap that you need to pay to do some specific things, like if you dont pay you cant go over a certain lvl, or cannot access some area.... just wanna know if its free

But if You want to have more fun you can buy Premium Account for ~30 Euro if I remember well.

its 19 euro for 3 months of premium, premium lets you go to different town, get new spells, own a house, be the leader of a guild etc..

so whe cannot access the whole world (towns) witout premium, thats what i wanted to know,
