Why is it illegal to sell/buy accounts in d2jsp?

Because it's against the rules in Tibia? Yet mentioning D2jsp in Tibia are also a violation against the Tibian rules

Do not trade accounts, characters, or names. (Exceptions: Eve Online, Diablo II)
Probably because an account can be easily recovered. Nobody cares about cipsoft rules

Also i'd go with payment, you gotta pay for premium, like you do in wow. It makes accounts valuable.
