for those who don't know, mythos is a new free mmorpg that flagship studios is working on, i've playing this for a bit and i must say its strictly a diablo clone! people should know about flagship studios and who is working there.

I'm not sure how hard it is to get into closed beta right now, but I've waited around 3 weeks to a month before they let me into their closed beta.
now they've given me 5 invites into CB and I'm here to sell em!

well. its built like diablo 2, three classes (gadgeteer, the ranged class with guns, and bots, bloodletter the melee class, and pyromancer the magical class.) and in each class they're 3 skill trees. as far as equipment goes there are different types of weapons for each class (ie, rifle, pistol, xbow and bows for gadgeteers), i'm sure the melee class could duel wield as well. i only played it for a short moment but the game had me hooked on playing for hours, even though i ment to only play for 15 minutes. the loot system is rea lsimular as to diablo 2, items drop and you can pick it up. the rest is pretty much explainable.
