What does everyone think of this patch?
Its recently coming for the US so if your in EU/SEA you can post your first thoughts =]

I personally believe if this is gonna OP every class by giving them 50%rate easy even with the 30% Ring Rate cap.
Especially FB cause @ 140 you get blade stack which gives you 40%Rate auto and then you add another RoL+1 for that final 50% and you have 3 ring slots left.
Now you can add either 3x RoF+10 (If you can afford them) or 3x RoC+2(IF YOU CAN REALLY AFFORD THEM) or just 3 plain RoC+1 =]

i cant join cabal, u know why??

if i start cabal i cant go even in google or anything never had that

Great patch all around imo. I just think you shouldn't see other peoples' levels in war zones

they should ahve improve war zone imo
like gaining more honor or something useful

Might just be bugging for me.
I couldn't cast Enervation on a Legacy Gaurdian that wasn't even debuffed yet.
