so i had my cabal account and was all fine.
my bro had same account and we were playing on it.

one day i set the char password, that who doesn't allow u to enther char if u dont type it, even if u logged @ account.
my bro didn't know that and he started and put xxx wrong passwords while i was not home..

now my account is blocked.

what can i do about it ?

No it isn't.

The Sub-Password system enables you to increase your accounts protection by creating a four digit password for your character, equipment and storage. Enabling these passwords is optional, but will offer you increased peace of mind, because even if someone does gain access to your account they will be unable to access your precious equipment.

If a sub-password is incorrectly typed five times the account will be locked. A support ticket will then need to be sent to the 'Sub-Password Block" department, with proof that you are the owner. This is in place for your protection.

Unblocking an account that has been locked
Visit support.cabalonline.com
Click "Submit a New Ticket"
Select the "Sub-Password Blocks" department
Enter your GAME ID, Character name and Server
In the area to type comment, outline how your account became locked.

try to send a ticket to the cabalside but ! be sure that ur on the right side and NEVER enter your password anywhere ! even if gm ask you for your password DONT SAY IT! if he realy is a gm he can get your password otherwise not so NEVER give anyone your password
