Okay, I'm newbie at this game and I just reached lvl10.
I were supposed to do the promosion. But now this officer says I haven't fulfilled the "development objectives", that he says I can find in the character window. But I don't see it:P
I would appreciate some help here:)

I think that means you failed to meet the stat requirement to get the level 10 rank-up quest

If you look at your stats, there will be a minimum stat requirement that you must reach before you can do the rank-up quest

You need to reach lvl10 growth
