Do I need to pump Shield Shock max as skill?

it doesnt matter, it's really cheap to get skill points back

I dont care about how cheap or expensive it is, just wanna know if its useless or it gives more dmg^^

i'm 100% sure that magic shielder ( he's using canons ) is the best shielder style and one of the best strategy for pvm and the best at tierra glorissa war

Don't bother getting level 9 in any skill except buffs until you figure out which ones you like, even getting most of the skills you'll end up having plenty of extra points to finish whatever you need, but yea, shield shock kinda sucks but it's decent for low level skilling.

But I got around 27 skills in magic, shall I put em in Regeneration?
