Such item does not exist, atleast not here in EU.. You can only get amp in slot only by cube craft / drop, so impossible having 2 amp slots ^^
My bad if you meant you need 2 orbs with 7 sw amp ^^

Well on EU merc, there are a mith orb of amp +6 (14% magic amp)
I guess that is what he mean.. just +7 and sword amp..
