add enough to Weild your ARMOR not your weapon, rest goes into dex.

You can wield osmium armour items with the force sihelder requirements, but pump into dexterity. 2xx 2xx 6xx+ should be a goall here or so. (Not totally sure about int amount but pretty much that)
