did u try turning the graphic settings to low ? if t works better then it means its ure graphics card , i would think it is probably because 64mb build in isnt very good

yeah this game lags even with my 128 mb

And a Geforce FX5200 even with low settings i lag sometimes

I mean the graphics are so choppy and stutter when I rotate the camera

its your gfx card.
cabal has very high reqs.

i got 512vid with 1.6 ram games working fine even with setting all the way up
