i think the best would be either:
1. Buy 2 sets one for amp, one for cd.. And equip according to situation. Prem is kidn of a must for this strategy.
2. Concentrate on the cD/AMP that fits your class.
3. Build a hybrid set, to get the best of both. In pure dps you'd lack, yet youw ould be versatile.
I am only familiar with a WI build, and all EU wizards I talked with went for maxcrit / amp gloves, armor, boots. CD/rate helm / orbs. Yet I've seen a couple with 40amp/7amp orbs. Which aslo rocks bigtime.
Class specific uh hmmmf.
It's true I've calculated with only WA skills, but I thought the outcome on other classes might be similar (close).
And the Amp build doesn't restrict someone from getting max crit gloves/suits, because with both GS, you'll have 60rate.
