If the other slot is empty. But i think that doesn't matter anymore since you can't destroy slots anymore.

Well the other one is DMG. Rate is on the 2nd slot but I suppose rate always is after.
I hope you can't destroy slots anymore cuz I'm about to SEH a 20/5 Osm Helm :( Don't wanna waste 2b.
I wonder if anyone can confirm this.

i can confirm you that there is 100% no way to know if it's first or second slot if both are full xD

you can ask the seller he'll tell you if first or second, after it's up to you if u trust what he says or not ^^

ahah me and my mate found a lycanus crystal +4% +3% +3% all amps with 1 slot :D
hes gonna change an orb +11 7%amp for that one :) really imba, the next best thing after orb 14 amp
