I don't remember reading something about equipping the mercenary but if that's true it doesn't matter. The fact that you get an outside help is really nice. It's your choice whether to use a mercenary or not ( you would be stupid if you wouldn't).
+ you can have 2 pets and drop rate will increase etc.

Do you know the clickings of AOS1?
I'm not sure what to click after Angelo / before the 2 bosses.

And the side quest after the 2 bosses... which mob do you have to kill

And finally the secret chest at the end? Apparently you've gotta click a wall before the fish?
