what contains them?

what are your orbs?
i have all that u mentioned pretty much, but using helm 20/8...
i had only 190kk alz avaiable when i switched from bl to wi, so i bought 2x topaz orb 20dmg/3 rate at 90kk each.... 3 days later, they were both on +11 G_G

i'd say u use 2x orbs 40/7... am i mistaken?

why do you use mithril 10cd? imo, its better to use that phery, and a topaz 27dmg if you cant afford better
my mate found a topaz 16dmg 1 slot in panic cave *.*

yeah i had it in fi ^^

topaz 27 is lower than mirth +11 10 cdi
mirth +11 10 cdi ~ topaz 30cdi +9 (u loose really really a few dmg)
i would have buy lapis +9 36 but since i'll start soon i wont ^^
