1month and about 3weeks to be exact. I do believe Steam suddenly adding bunch of games via Greenlight has caused the rise in rankings of the game. I guess the next bunch of games to be added will take a long time.

i don't know man. afaik Steam is the only one who has the rankings and they're just notifying publishers about it. not sure tho
