ofcourse boards and bikes drop there just rare ....

just like the eu version.

well they must have a .0000000002% drop rate cause NO ONE i talk to( and i talk to plenty high lvl people) have ever had a bike/board dropped for them they ALWAYS and i haved also bought the board from the cash shop, so please prove it to me that these boards that you say "drop" actually DROP

Ofcourse they do drop.

bieks drop from mobs over lv 120. It's as rare as finding 10 lv 82 capes in a row.

They do drop.And .0000000002% sounds just about right for Legacy Chests,it's probably way lower for mob drops.

You can talk to all the "high levels" you want,only a few out of the whole server have found bikes.Excluding the 3 per server that got them from events.
