Hey guys,
i'll be visiting stockholm with a good friend in mid august.

Now i'd appreciate some tips what places to go
- What sights does a tourist have to visit ?
- Which bars / clubs could we go at night ?


Information about "us" that could be helpful:
- we are 22 & 24 years old men from germany
- no special music preferences when clubbing
- hotel will be in Norrmalm
- our stay will be from thursday (arrival) to monday (departure)

Theres a few ok places.


Gamla stan is ok to walk around, along with the royal castle.

If u want to party, try operakällaren or göta källare. They sometimes do special events. Theyre on way different locations doe

Avoid Södermalm during nightttime, only shit bars here.

I always see tourists confusingly drift around trying to find one decent place to drink and meet people but no dice

Yes - Don't go to Stockholm. Gothenburg is much much better in every single way

The only people who will tell you any different are the people who live in Stockholm

we did not have booked flight / hotel yet, just agreed on sweeden to be our destination

Stockholm and Gothenburg are equally good, anyone stating anything else is either stupid or a moron.

Two different cities, both have their own charm.
