As my main goal is to perform well on 21,1 km running my 2 gym sittings / week are pretty tight.

1 hour is more like it though ^_^

I would do full body workouts then, if I were you.

Dagens träningspass:

25 kilo ryggsäck, kör step-ups hemma i trappan, två trappsteg, 75 reps på varje ben.

Därefter löpning, springer cirka 5 km idag

Ett riktigt grymt ryggpass avklarat.

En 4a på 160 i mark fick jag till!

Edit: Såg nu att jag skrev den 29 juni att jag endast tog 165 i marklyft, känns som att jag borde klara lite mer om jag tar en 4a på 160. Måste prova maxa nästa ryggpass!

Kompis vad fyller du ryggsäcken med ? Måste väl fylla med något bekvämt för ryggen tänkte jag. Sand ?
