en tillfällig fix är att göra en ny användare på datorn, då bör det fungera. lol

detta har fungerat för några.

well to keep it simple, goto run and type regedit
then find
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\L
right click then delete/remove.
should work.
i do not take respsonsibility if this will ruin your computer settings, but my comp is fine, after all the other stuff they made me try
