If you search it you WILL get a job at a fish factory if its season, i think you can see the seasons on Nav.no
At those factorys you make around 16-19 euros an hour, and gets 150-200% for overtime.
You can also work at a Oil platform, There you work 2 weeks and are free for 3-5, but working this WHOLE 30-45% a year will give you around 45 000 euros a year. But to go there you have to educate you self in some kind of security program before you start. And it costs 2500-3000 euros and its not even sure you get the job.
you can also go to olso but you wont make any money there cause its more expensive then the rest of Norway and the taxes a higher. My cousin lives there and pays ~ 2400 euros a mounth for an apartment with 2,5 rooms.
hope you understand my lousy english.

Driver du med engelskan eller är du 13?
EDIT: Also, don't listen to this guy. I have an apartment with 4 rooms just five-ten minutes away from the very central Oslo and it cost us a little bit more than 2000 euro per month. 2 rooms go for about 700-1100 euro per month, depending on a lot of stuff. Remember that you have to have a deposit for the apartment. The deposit is usually 3 months of rent you have to pay the owners. You will get these money back when you move, unless you break a lot of stuff.
