This is a troll going round from people.

The US did not get 350RP and Phreak did not promise it. Please spread the word on this, as it's hard to tell who was genuinely taken in by the rumour and who is trolling.

Either way, I'm removing threads about this as it's muddling messaging for people and is more damaging than helpful.
