havent been able to log in for 24 hours, the game opens but when i hit log in nothing happens, thoughts?

yea its been down for about 2 days now. its for an emergency maintenance cause players found a bug so they could duplicate items, the developers found all the duped items and deleted them and ban the accounts that they were created on. when the servers come back up we are being compensated with double experience, an Hidden valley pass, 3 Stamina Savers, and 3 godmother fairy bottles. but i just logged in before posting this so they should be back up now

how do we claim the items?
