Well.. I cant really recommend any servers.. I play on Lydian..

Poofrii .. why a cleric? Clerics are good, of course.. but they are also hard to use and you die often in dungeon parties ( DUngeon parties is where you will be lvling mostly .. ).
They are buffers, healers.. and the 2nd job Bishop is a DD/Healer ..

I recommend going for a strong char.... a non-squishy one as your first char... well, or cleric if you like being squishy, die often, be very busy 24/7 if you dungeon party a lot... ( cause you heal and buff ALL THE TIME!! )

Out of this, Id recommend a Kahuna ... They can heal ( Restoration.. HOT ( Heal-over-time ) ), they are fine damage dealers ( DD ), they have excellent buffs ( boosts physical damage, physical defense, and movement speed )..

i made a pally type char is that good? it heals does dmg n wields maces im lvl 12 atm and im using a +5 mace thinger and stuff still on trainee's island and stuff so yeh
