Rare Furni/Rares:
28 FG per 1 HC Pure
28 FG per 1 HC Worth of Good Rares
23 FG per 1 HC Worth of Bad Rares
29 FG per 1 HC Worth of Supers For example, if a super is worth 10, I am paying 190 FG.

Normal Furni/Norms:
25 FG per 10 Pines
25 FG per 20 Z Shelves

Good Rares are stuff that can usually sell. Stuff like DJ Decks, Elephants, Pillows, Dragons, Ect.
Bad Rares are ALL HC Furni. Lamps, Rugs, Stuff that you can't sell easily.

If you have bulk furni, just put it all in rooms and tell me your username so I can check it out.
