Has anyone else had problems with getting jailed while not botting, hacking or cheating in any way?
Will anyone else help me convince TQ they need to fix the jail system?
The only time I ever had a problem with it was when they first added the bot jail, back then it'd send people there for sitting too fast after jumping.....
Whatever bugs Conquer has with the bot jail though, be glad it's not their Zero Online game, on it you gotta deal with constant random pop-up questions as their "check for bots" in higher level maps.
If that weren't annoying enough, some answer sets are completely wrong so legitimate players trying to answer the questions have no option but to end up in bot jail.
It's pointless trying to get them to fix/change the systems in place, they completely and openly ignore/forget their community, even if those community members are vip.
Check this out, I had a problem with the pumpkin furniture in my house on Conquer- I couldn't upgrade my house because the pumpkin furniture bugged and turned invis, I couldn't remove it. After weeks of waiting for tech support, a GM finally contacted me and checked my house with my character.
I didn't hear from them after that, for another 2 weeks, I sent a couple more emails and finally got this reply:

We are really really sorry about the delay on your issue. We did forward it to our technicians on Dec 26th. However, they forgot to deal with it... We have already forwared it again and it should be fixed after next server maintenance. Please let us know if the problem doesn't get fixed then. Thanks for your understanding and really sorry for the delay.
Best regards,
TQ Support Team
Forgetting about paying customers is a great way to keep them paying.
TQ sucks and their marketing has turned Conquer Online into an eggy game.
Good luck getting them to do anything, especially if you don't pay them massive amounts of money.
